This Earnings and Income Disclosure Policy & Disclaimer (the “Disclosure”) applies to statements concerning income, earnings, revenue, sales, profit, commissions, cost savings, return on investment, client acquisition, business performance, or other financial or commercial outcomes made in connection with Synthesys websites, software, advertisements, webinars, videos, demonstrations, social-media posts, emails, sales calls, testimonials, case studies, partner communications, and other materials.
This Policy applies to Synthesys and its owners, officers, employees, presenters, spokespersons, contractors, affiliates, and other representatives acting on its behalf (collectively, “Synthesys Representatives”).
This Disclosure is intended to help you make an informed decision before purchasing or using Synthesys software. Read it in full before making a purchase.
This Disclosure supplements the Synthesys Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Synthesys Partner Program Refund Policy, checkout terms, and any written partner, referral, commission, or product-specific terms that apply to you (collectively, the “Governing Terms”). The applicable Refund Policy controls all refund, rebate, and cancellation rights. Nothing in this Disclosure creates, expands, restricts, or replaces a refund right or any non-waivable right provided by applicable law.
This is a general earnings disclaimer. It does not replace any prescribed disclosure, earnings-claim statement, substantiation, or delivery procedure required by applicable law for a particular offer or jurisdiction. Any mandatory requirement of applicable law controls.
Synthesys is a UAE-based software company. Under the current Synthesys Partner offer, the only product sold for a fee is a one-year Synthesys Partner Software License and the digital software-access rights described in the Governing Terms. The full amount shown at checkout is charged solely for that Software License. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
No portion of the Software License fee is charged for or allocated to any educational product, course, coaching, training, community, playbook, template, fulfillment resource, partner benefit, commission feature, rebate, or other bonus. There is no separate tuition, coaching fee, course fee, training fee, community fee, certification fee, franchise fee, business-opportunity fee, or fee for access to the complimentary bonuses.
Without limitation, any live or recorded coaching, group or individual educational guidance, question-and-answer session, training session, workshop, course, onboarding education, implementation education, sales or marketing education, agency education, community event, or similar educational resource identified as included with the offer is a complimentary bonus provided at $0 additional cost. A purchaser may choose whether to access or use any bonus. Choosing not to access or use a bonus does not convert it into cash, credit, a price reduction, or a refund.
All other items identified in the applicable offer are provided at no additional charge and do not form part of the paid consideration for the Software License.
The terms “free,” “included,” “complimentary,” or “bonus” mean that the identified item is supplied for $0 additional cost and that no part of the Software License fee is allocated to it. They do not mean that an item has cash value, is transferable, is available without eligibility or usage conditions, or will produce income. Complimentary items may be subject to disclosed terms, technical limits, schedules, reasonable participation requirements, third-party availability, eligibility requirements, and changes permitted by the Governing Terms.
Labels such as “turnkey,” “system,” “coaching,” “training,” “course,” “community,” “fulfillment,” “agency,” or “playbook” describe software features or complimentary educational resources. They do not mean that Synthesys will establish, operate, manage, or succeed in a business for you, perform your work, or provide customers or revenue.
The Software License is a technology license. Synthesys does not sell or promise:
If you choose to use Synthesys software in an agency, consultancy, sales operation, or other business, that activity is your separate and independently operated business. You are solely responsible for establishing it, funding it, marketing it, finding and serving clients, setting prices, performing services, paying expenses and taxes, and complying with applicable law.
Complimentary coaching, training, courses, and other educational bonuses may discuss software use, sales, marketing, agency operations, client service, or general business concepts. That education remains optional, is provided for $0 additional cost, and does not change the Software License into a franchise, managed business, investment, employment offer, guaranteed income system, or promise that Synthesys will establish or operate a business for you.
Use of the words “Partner” or “Partner Program” is a product or program label only. It does not create a legal partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, franchise, or joint-venture relationship with Synthesys or David Reineke.
Synthesys makes no express or implied guarantee concerning:
Accessing the software, receiving or attending coaching, completing training or a course, joining the community, following a playbook, making sales calls, using a fulfillment resource, or participating in any partner feature does not itself produce income. You may receive no clients, make no sales, earn no commissions, and incur a net loss.
Terms such as “can,” “could,” “potential,” “opportunity,” “up to,” or similar language describe possibility only unless a separate written statement expressly says otherwise and is supported and disclosed as required by law. Possibility is not probability, typical performance, or a promise.
Synthesys has not provided a verified, statistically reliable study establishing the average, median, typical, or generally expected earnings, revenue, profit, or business results of purchasers. Accordingly, Synthesys does not represent that any specific financial result is average, typical, generally expected, or likely.
The absence of typical-results data is not evidence that purchasers usually succeed, make a profit, or recover their costs. For decision-making purposes, assume that your earnings may be $0 and that your net result may be negative.
No marketing statement should be interpreted as a claim about generally expected earnings unless it is expressly identified as such and accompanied by the substantiation and disclosures required by applicable law. If you encounter a statement that appears inconsistent with this Disclosure, do not rely on it and contact support@synthesys.app before purchasing.
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, interviews, screenshots, dashboards, recordings, and success stories describe the experience of the person featured. They are not promises, guarantees, or evidence of what you will earn. Featured results may be selected because they are notable and may be exceptional rather than typical.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customer-supplied figures are self-reported and may not have been independently audited. A screenshot may show a limited period, gross receipts rather than profit, or selected activity that does not reflect refunds, chargebacks, operating expenses, taxes, losses, inactive periods, or later performance.
Any reference to the income, revenue, business performance, lifestyle, experience, or results of David Reineke reflects his individual circumstances and historical experience. His results are not representative of what a purchaser should expect and are not a guarantee, forecast, or promise of your outcome.
Any material connection between Synthesys and an endorser - including employment, commissions, discounts, free access, gifts, or other consideration - should be disclosed clearly where required. An endorser’s statement remains the endorser’s individual opinion and experience.
Examples used in demonstrations, calculators, scripts, templates, training, or marketing may be hypothetical, simplified, illustrative, or based on assumptions. They are intended to explain a possible software use case and are not a prediction of actual performance.
Unless a specific statement clearly says otherwise:
Gross revenue is not profit. Net profit is calculated only after deducting all expenses and liabilities, which may include software fees, telephone numbers and usage, data, integrations, advertising, lead generation, staff, contractors, professional services, taxes, financing costs, refunds, chargebacks, and customer-support costs. Net profit may be substantially lower than gross revenue, $0, or negative.

Synthesys and David Reineke do not control these factors and cannot determine or guarantee your outcome.
Any commission feature described in offer materials is a complimentary, optional partner or referral commission feature provided at $0 additional cost, not a purchase of company profits. No portion of the Software License fee is charged for or allocated to any commission feature. No such feature grants you equity, ownership, voting rights, a security, an investment return, or a right to Synthesys’s overall profits.
Any commission is earned only if and when the requirements of the applicable written partner or referral terms are satisfied. Commissions may depend on qualifying customer transactions and actual amounts received, and may be withheld, adjusted, reversed, or clawed back for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, non-payment, fraud, policy violations, or other circumstances described in the Governing Terms.
There is no guarantee that you will make a qualifying referral, that a referred customer will purchase or remain subscribed, that any recurring revenue will arise or continue, or that you will receive any commission or specific amount.
No commission is earned merely by purchasing the Software License, receiving a complimentary bonus, attending coaching or training, joining the community, or referring a person who does not complete a qualifying customer transaction under the applicable written partner terms.
Any promotional rebate is a conditional promotional benefit governed exclusively by the Synthesys Partner Program Refund Policy. It is not earnings, income, profit, interest, a guaranteed return, or compensation for purchasing the Software License. It is available only if every applicable condition is satisfied and Synthesys approves the submitted proof in accordance with that policy.
Using software in a business involves risk. You may lose the full amount paid for the Software License, subject to any right expressly provided by the Refund Policy or applicable law, and you may incur additional losses and liabilities in your own activities.
Do not spend or borrow money based on a belief that Synthesys software, complimentary resources, partner features, or any testimonial will generate enough income to repay it. Credit cards, Buy Now Pay Later services, financing, and other borrowed funds can increase your losses through interest, fees, and continuing repayment obligations. Assess your financial situation and risk tolerance independently.
Your financial results do not create a refund right. Refunds, cancellations, rebates, and chargebacks are governed exclusively by the applicable Refund Policy, checkout terms, and mandatory law.
Synthesys sells software and may make complimentary coaching, training, courses, community access, educational products, and informational resources available for $0 additional cost. Nothing in the software, coaching, training, courses, community, website, marketing, demonstrations, templates, scripts, outputs, or communications constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, employment, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether the software and any information are suitable for your circumstances. Before making financial, business, tax, legal, or compliance decisions, consult independent professionals qualified in the jurisdictions where you operate.
You are solely responsible for your use of the software and all communications and outputs you create, including obtaining required consents and complying with applicable telemarketing, telecommunications, privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, intellectual-property, licensing, and tax laws.
Third-party products, services, platforms, marketplaces, payment processors, telecommunications providers, integrations, and brands referenced in Synthesys materials are independently owned and operated. Unless expressly stated, Synthesys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or responsible for them.
Third-party availability, pricing, functionality, policies, and performance may change without notice and may affect your results. References to third-party names or trademarks are for identification only. Your use of third-party products or services is governed by their terms.
No sales representative, affiliate, partner, community member, contractor, endorser, or other person is authorized to guarantee earnings, promise clients or sales, state that results are typical without substantiation, or alter this Disclosure or the Governing Terms.
Oral statements, chats, direct messages, social-media comments, webinars, and informal communications do not amend the Governing Terms or create a guarantee. If any statement conflicts with this Disclosure, do not rely on it. Request written clarification from support@synthesys.app before purchasing or acting.
By purchasing, accessing, or using Synthesys software, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that:
If you are unwilling to accept the possibility of no income and a financial loss, do not purchase or use the software for income-generating activities.
Synthesys may update this Disclosure to reflect changes in the software, offer, partner features, marketing practices, available outcome data, or applicable law. The current version will state its “Last Updated” date. Changes apply as provided in the Governing Terms and subject to applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Disclosure is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction. Non-waivable rights and jurisdictional rules remain unaffected.
